Keerthy Suresh

Keerthy Suresh (born 17 October 1992) is an Indian actress who appears predominantly in Tamil as well as Telugu films, in addition to some Malayalam films. She was awarded the National Film Award Best Actress Award for playing the character Savitri. She has also received three SIIMA Awards and a Filmfare Award South. Keerthy Kumar Suresh happens to be the actress Menaka G. Suresh's daughter. The early 2000s were when she began as a young actress. Following her study of fashion design, Keerthy returned to the world of film. Her first big part in Geethaanjali (2013) which was a Malayalam motion picture. She went on to star in successful films such as Ring Master (2014), Rajinimurugan (2016), Remo (2016), Bairavaa (2017), Nenu Local (2017), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Mahanati (2018), Sarkar (2018), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Penguin (2020), Miss India (2021), Good Luck Sakhi (2022) and Sarkaru Vaari Paata (2022). Keerthy began her very first Malayalam projects, and then started working on projects in Tamil at the same time. In the year 2015, she debuted A. L. Vijay's romantic comedies Idhu Enna Maayam and Vikramprabhu against each other. The films did not do well in the cinemas. The actress had to pull out of a variety of projects she was already making in 2015 like Krishna's Maane Thaene Paeye, and Deekay's Kavalai Vedam, to free up space for more ambitious projects. For a short period of time she also worked alongside Sivakarthikeyan on Rajini Murugan, Remo and was also the lead actor on Prabhu Sool's Thodari with Dhanush. Her Telugu debut was planned in the form of Ainaa Ishtam nuvvu. The film was pushed back since 2015 and reports suggest the film will release after September in 2020 under the name Janakitho Nenu. The film's debut was Nenu Sailaja in the year 2016 featuring the actor Ram Pothineni. Keerthy was first seen in Bairavaa (directed by Bharathan) alongside actor Vijay.
